ABOUT US
Founded in 2019 in San Diego, California, Losermind's mission is to bring forth the essence of Californian pop punk and skate punk, both marked by the late '90s and 2000s. Currently, the band has a new lineup and is active in the Brazilian territory, boasting two records—an EP and an album. Losermind's musical influences span from bands that graced the classic stages of the Vans Warped Tour to nostalgic connections with the melodic hardcore, emo, and pop punk scene that many Brazilians embraced through MTV music videos. Furthermore, the band constantly seeks to incorporate elements from skate culture and various references into their works.
“The story of our lives
as the soundtrack
of yours”
Haunted
House
The band's most recent album underwent an extensive two-year production process amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mixed, mastered, and released by Jazzly Records, the work exhibits a nuanced, slightly darker tone in contrast to "Trying Not to Fail..." The album's lyrics seamlessly traverse the simplicity reminiscent of their debut album while delving into the personal internal conflicts sparked by the pandemic.
Trying
not to fail...
"Trying Not to Fail" marks the band's debut EP, featuring just three tracks. Despite its brevity, don't underestimate it—the energy within these three sounds is on par with that of successful singles. The band's initial album is steeped in Californian influence, composed largely in mid-2018 in San Diego. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Mest, The Ataris, Blink 182, Green Day, and other icons synonymous with the Warped Tours of the 2000s, this EP channels the same vibrant energy into the present day.
